1. Aceptación del Servicio

Al acceder a iGarden, el usuario acepta quedar vinculado por estos términos. iGarden es una herramienta de asistencia botánica que utiliza modelos de lenguaje (IA) para proporcionar orientación sobre el cuidado de plantas.

2. Exención de Responsabilidad (IA)

Los diagnósticos generados por nuestra IA son meramente informativos. iGarden no garantiza la supervivencia de ningún ejemplar botánico y no se hace responsable de daños derivados de un riego, abonado o tratamiento sugerido por la aplicación o esta web.

3. Propiedad Intelectual

Todo el contenido de iGarden — textos, guías, código, diseño y marca — es propiedad del desarrollador. Queda prohibida su reproducción total o parcial sin autorización expresa.

4. Publicidad y Terceros

iGarden puede mostrar anuncios de Google AdSense y enlaces de afiliados de Amazon EU. Las transacciones realizadas en sitios externos se rigen por los términos de dichos terceros. iGarden no recibe comisión por las compras realizadas a través de enlaces de afiliado salvo que se indique expresamente.

5. Uso Aceptable

El usuario se compromete a no usar iGarden para fines ilegales, a no intentar acceder a sistemas no autorizados, y a no publicar contenido ofensivo o ajeno a la temática botánica en ninguna sección de comunidad.

6. Modificaciones del Servicio

iGarden se reserva el derecho a modificar, suspender o interrumpir el servicio en cualquier momento sin previo aviso. No nos hacemos responsables de pérdidas de datos en caso de interrupción del servicio.

7. Ley Aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Cualquier disputa será sometida a los juzgados competentes de Asturias, España.

By accessing iGarden, the user agrees to be bound by these terms. iGarden is a botanical assistance tool that uses large language models (AI) to provide guidance on plant care.

2. AI Disclaimer

Diagnoses generated by our AI are for informational purposes only. iGarden does not guarantee the survival of any botanical specimen and is not responsible for damages resulting from watering, fertilizing, or treatments suggested by the app or this website.

3. Intellectual Property

All iGarden content — texts, guides, code, design and brand — is the property of the developer. Reproduction in whole or in part without express authorisation is prohibited.

4. Advertising & Third Parties

iGarden may display Google AdSense ads and Amazon EU affiliate links. Transactions made on external sites are governed by the terms of those third parties. iGarden does not receive commission on purchases made through affiliate links unless expressly stated.

5. Acceptable Use

The user agrees not to use iGarden for illegal purposes, not to attempt to access unauthorised systems, and not to post offensive or off-topic content in any community section.

6. Service Modifications

iGarden reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not responsible for data loss in case of service interruption.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Asturias, Spain.
